Job Description:

Skills required

• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders
• Effectively gather Pardot requirements and manage internal expectations
• Maintain a view of ongoing marketing campaigns and manage reporting/analytics
• Apply Pardot functionality like content personalization and automation
• Configure Pardot business units, user profiles, and permissions optimally
• Plan and analyze integrated Pardot campaigns adjusted based on performance
• Lead Pardot implementations end-to-end following best practices
• Ability to think strategically while configuring Pardot technically
• Change management skills to drive Pardot end-user adoption

Related Technical Skills required

• 5+ years of Pardot administration experience
• Salesforce APIs and integrations
• Salesforce and Pardot certification
• Expertise with data sharing, connectors between Pardot/Salesforce
• Proficient in Pardot and Salesforce reporting and analytics
• Experience with Salesforce CMS, custom sites, domains
• Agile methodologies
• Automation tools like Process Builder, Flows

Education

BS or equivalent degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline required. MBA degree preferred.

Salesforce certifications:

Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)

Marketing Cloud Administrator (strongly preferred)

Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Certification (preferred)

Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (preferred)
