Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce administration, with a focus on building out automations and developing APIs. This role will involve working closely with various departments to optimize and automate business processes, as well as integrating Salesforce with other systems through APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Administration:

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

• Create and manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.

• Develop and maintain Salesforce reports, dashboards, and workflows.

Automation:

• Design, build, and implement automated processes within Salesforce using tools such as Process Builder, Flow, and Apex.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automated processes.

API Development:

• Develop and maintain custom APIs to integrate Salesforce with external systems and applications.

• Work with development teams to design and implement API strategies that align with business objectives.

• Monitor and manage API performance, ensuring reliability and scalability.

Data Management:

• Oversee data migration, cleansing, and validation processes.

• Implement data governance best practices to maintain data accuracy and consistency.

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations.

Support and Training:

• Provide ongoing support to Salesforce users, addressing technical issues and providing guidance on best practices.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users to improve Salesforce adoption and efficiency.

• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Salesforce administration and API development.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

• Proven experience in building automations using Process Builder, Flow, Apex, or similar tools.

• Strong background in developing and managing APIs, including RESTful and SOAP APIs.

• Experience with data management, including data migration, cleansing, and validation.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform, including administration, customization, and development.

• Proficiency in Salesforce automation tools and API development.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201).

• Experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or similar.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
