Description:

• This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivery of defined deliverables with usually required engagement from multiple teams, such as a project or client items.
• Key responsibilities include communicating the release objective, coordinating delivery, managing risks, ensuring compliance to standards, and providing end to end visibility to the health of the deliverables.
• This role ensures execution and delivery meets the client's expectations in terms of the quality and timelines.
• They facilitate sync points across multiple organization to enable delivery.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years' experience as a release manager
• Scrum Master or Release Train Engineer working experience
• Tableau reporting skills

Desired Skills:

• Understand release/deployment components.
• Understand risks and can our financial client controls necessary to mitigate.
• Facilitate team planning ceremonies against release milestones.
• Ability to answer team Agile/waterfall framework questions.
• Ability to understand big picture and connect all details.
