Long Term Care Consultant Pharmacist Position (Hybrid-Part Time) Available - This position is primarily remote work, but may require onsite travel. Anticipated 15-25 hours per pay period; Hours may vary based on contract needs.

Provides monthly remote chart reviews and potentially onsite visits for meetings, inspections, education, etc. Fulfills all legal and regulatory requirements, including evaluation, selection, procurement and distribution of drugs, counseling and professional consultation. Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as policies of the facility and PharmD on Demand.
