We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Lead Software Developer to join our dynamic team within the Finance industry. This is a permanent position that will provide you with the unique opportunity to shape and drive our technical vision, lead a team of software developers, and contribute to the building of cutting-edge applications using React UI. Job Details

As a Lead Software Developer, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

1. Leading a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative environment while implementing effective development practices.

2. Designing, developing, testing, and maintaining highly responsive web applications using React UI.

3. Translating business requirements into technical specifications and ensuring that the developed applications meet these specifications.

4. Conducting code reviews to ensure that the code adheres to the highest quality standards.

5. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

6. Continuously discovering, evaluating, and implementing new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

7. Providing technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

8. Working closely with stakeholders to ensure that the application is aligned with business objectives and customer needs.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this position should possess the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on React UI.

3. Proven experience in leading a team of software developers.

4. Strong knowledge of modern web development technologies and techniques.

5. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git.

6. Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

8. Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire team members.

9. Experience in the finance industry is a plus.
