Job Description:

The ideal candidate will use their passion for big data and analytics to provide insights to the business covering a range of topics. They will be responsible for conducting both recurring and ad hoc analyses for business users.

Responsibilities:

As a Data Analyst, your duties will encompass:

• Analyzing intricate, large-scale datasets to extract actionable insights vital for informed decision-making.
• Crafting and implementing innovative data analysis methodologies and reporting systems to support business objectives.
• Harnessing the power of Power BI to design and develop interactive dashboards and reports tailored to meet stakeholder needs.
• Driving continuous process improvements aimed at enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of data analysis processes.
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to grasp data requirements and deliver holistic solutions.
• Ensuring the integrity and consistency of data through rigorous quality control measures.
• Offering expert guidance on data storage structures, data mining techniques, and data cleansing practices.
• Presenting findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and impactful manner.

Qualifications:

• To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess:
• A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a data analysis role within the technology sector.
• Demonstrated proficiency in working with and analyzing large datasets.
• Strong knowledge of reporting packages, databases (including SQL), and programming languages.
• Expertise in Power BI for crafting comprehensive reports and dynamic dashboards.
• A track record of successfully implementing process enhancements to drive operational efficiency.
• Exceptional analytical skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective presentation of complex data concepts.
• Proficiency in query writing, report generation, and conveying findings through impactful visualizations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or Statistics.
