We will train daily with coaching and constructive criticism as tools for your personal and professional growth. (Good Example: google Nice vs. Kind )

Compensation Plan- Mile High View

Guaranteed Monthly Base: $2,500 (paid bi-weekly)

Expected Monthly Commission: $2,400 Additional (based on 6% of $40,000 premium sold per month & 1 life policy)

Monthly Commission Structure:

• $15,000 - $29,999 Premium= Base Salary Only
• $30,000 - $39,999 Premium= 3% of Premium + $2,500 Base
• $40,000+ & 1 Life Policy= 6% of Premium + $2,500 Base

*Average premium per household w/Farmers is $3,700. As a Rookie, we expect you to sell something every other day on average. As a Pro, you'll average 1-2 sales per day, & well on your way to $6 Figures*

** What You'll Be Doing :**

**Selling on Value:** Become an expert at showcasing the value of our insurance products, & learn how to convert price shoppers into value customers.

**Cold Calling Mastery:** We will teach you daily how to hone your skills in reaching out to potential clients, turning cold calls into warm prospects. Make no mistake, cold calling is only hard if you dont have the ability to be resilient . This is the highest level of sales ability, yet the simplest to master with commitment & consistency .

**Rapport Building:** Youll learn how to quickly build strong rapport with clients, earning their trust and loyalty with integrity. Well show you how to forge a conversations into connections, and train your instincts so that youre always a problem solver who puts people first .

**Closing Deals:** Youll come to love the rush of sealing the deal with confidence, and the satisfaction of knowing you are putting people in a better position than before.

1. Must be able to pass Oklahoma's Property & Casualty Producer Licensing Exam (Study Time: 2 Weeks average)

1. Do I need any prior insurance experience, degrees or certifications to apply?

-No! Prior insurance experience isnt necessary, but you must bring relentless drive, resilience, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

2 . Is this a remote position?

-No! This is the most elite sales team in our industry, proximity to greatness is essential.

3. Do I have to work crazy hours to reach my goals?

-No! We are 100% in the game M-F 8-5. If you want to devote additional time to maximize your results, I wont stop you.
