Job Description

For the North American market, TGW is currently seeking a Graphic Design Intern for the Integrated Systems Division, Sales. In this role you will work in our North American headquarters in Grand Rapids, MI and be responsible to help execute a marketing content plan through the creation and coordination of different visuals. This position requires a junior or senior level student in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related degree.This is a part-time, up to twenty hours a week, school-year 2024-2025 internship position with a compensation of $19/hour.The successful intern will be considered for full-time employment upon graduation.

What you'll be handling

•Create graphics and visuals for digital advertising, social media, email, website, whitepapers, print materials, and more
•Coordinate production of marketing content, including interacting with freelancers to review and finalize assets
•Assist with the development of customer presentation slides or related materials
•Ensure marketing content maintains a visual consistency and adheres to branding guidelines
•Support other marketing initiatives as requested

What you'll need

•Actively pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, or a related field.
•Understanding of Design Theory and an eye for detail
•Highly proficient in Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Canva
•Blender, Lightroom, Aftereffects, and/or Premiere experience preferred
•Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks within identified timeframes
•Effective interpersonal and communication skills
