This is a remote position.

Nurse Practitioner delivers defined patient care services in a retail clinic environment. You will work in collaboration with a dedicated team of professionals as you independently provide holistic evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment diagnosis treatment management of health problems health counseling and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above. Care is documented via computerized electronic health records. This position reports directly to the Senior Practice Manager.

We are seeking a healthcare professional to provide comprehensive patientcentered care and ensure highquality safe treatment for patients aged 18 months and above. This role involves evaluating treating and educating patients collaborating with an interdisciplinary team and maintaining thorough documentation. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service manage clinic operations effectively and adapt to new care models while maintaining a high level of professionalism and autonomy.

• Evaluate treat and provide health counseling for patients aged 18 months and above.
  
• Educate patients on maintaining proper health.
  
• Comanage and treat patients medical needs for safe and highquality treatment.
  
• Document all patient care within an electronic health record.
  
• Participate in an interdisciplinary team for patient care coordination.
  
• Collaborate with internal and external colleagues.

Requirements

• Completion of a: Masters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role required.
  
• Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (or other healthrelated masters degree in conjunction with Bachelors of Science in Physician Assistant Studies) with current National Board Certification and State of Employment license to practice in the role required.
  
• Minimum of two years of medicallyrelevant experience.
  
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  
• A minimum of high speed/broadband internet connectivity with a download speed of at least 25 download and 3 upload speed.
  
• Must hold an unrestricted license in two of the states listed and have the ability to obtain multi state/ compact privileges and license in non compact states as required by the business.
