Job Title: Handyman

Job Description

Seeking to hire a mid-shift Facilities Technician (9:30AM - 6:00PM). Candidate will be responsible for the upkeep of the building including the following:
- Basic cleaning throughout the inside and outside of the facility
- Maintaining grounds on the exterior of the building
- Performing basic repairs throughout the facility (fixing chairs, patching up drywall, touch-up painting jobs, etc.)
- Ability to communicate with outside contractors for more technical issues with HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, etc.
- Heavy emphasis on strong communication skills. Employees will be interacting with upper level management and outside vendors on a consistent basis.
Hard Skills
  • Basic cleaning

  • Communication with contractors for technical issues (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical)
