The Director of Workforce Development and Employment Services is a managerial level position directing a distinct Baltimore City Community College (BCCC) department within a division directly related to the college's strategic plan. The Workforce Development and Employment Services department (called the Panther Center ), has a direct and measurable impact on the achievement of identified priority outputs and outcomes in the strategic plan. The Director is responsible for all aspects of program success, stakeholder engagement, accountability reporting, and quality assurance. The Director supervises, as allocated, authorized professional positions assigned to the distinct program area. The Director receives executive direction from the Vice President of Workforce Development and Continuing Education Division.
