Digital Media Email Marketing and SMS Marketing

Overview:
As our Email and SMS Marketing specialist, you'll play a vital role in engaging our leads and customers through creative and targeted email and SMS campaigns. You'll be responsible for crafting compelling content, segmenting audiences and using analytics to drive campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement direct email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers.
• Develop and manage SMS marketing strategies through Twilio Studio, ensuring personalized and timely communication,
• Create visually appealing email templates that align with our brand and engage our target audience
• Segment email and SMA list based on behavior, loan interests and cutomer journey stages
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies based on insights to improve engagement and conversions.
• Ensure all campaigns comply with legal regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Ensure all campaigns comply with legal regulations and best practices
• Proven experience in email and SMS marketing, preferably in the Financial Services sector
• Strong knowledge of Mailchimp, Twilio Studio or similar platforms
• Excellent copywriting and design skills to craft engaging content and creatives.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to optimize campaign performance
• Knowledge of marketing regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and their application in financial service
• Self starter with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
