Position Description:

• You will be working as part of a motivated team in a fast-paced working environment, where attention to detail and quality are vital.
• Successful candidates will be self-starters with an ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and deliver high-quality results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the organization, both in-person and remotely.
• Ability to work independently and in collaboration with multiple business partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (mainly Excel)
• Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate data entry, contributing to the reliability and integrity of our information systems.
• Ability to adapt to frequently changing work priorities

• Knowledge in tools such as: Ariba, GPIRS and Jira
• Outgoing, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to anticipate and address potential risks before they escalate.

• 2+ years of proven experience in an analyst role, Project Manager, Supply Chain or similar role with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or related field.
